Into The A To Z Japan Pop Up FAQ

These items are scheduled to be shipped by KQ in the beginning of June. Once they have arrived at our Japan address, they will be shipped to Canada right away. Once they arrive in Canada, it will take a few days to individually ship out all orders.

Mini flags, frame magnets, can badges, and photos are sent at random from the Japan shop. We are pre-selling a very small amount per member. Once we have the items and know exactly how many we were given per member, we will post up the remaining items for sale. Like everything on our shop, the member you purchase is GUARANTEED! If for some reason, we receive an extremely uneven amount and are missing a member, you will be given a refund for that item. (Or you can choose to take another member instead.) You are NEVER forced to take another member instead of the one you purchased.
