We are constantly adding new photocards to our shop. Often, kpop fans want to make multiple orders over the course of a few days or a few weeks, and combine them all, and only pay one shipping fee. We have added the "Hold Order" option for this very reason.
If you choose "ship", you will be charged shipping, and your order will be prepared and packaged, and sent on the next shipment out of Korea. (If items are pre-orders, they will be sent on the first shipment out once we have them.)
If you choose "hold order", you will not be charged shipping, and your order will be set aside for you, but not shipped.
You can choose "hold order" for as many orders as you'd like. As long as you choose "hold order", you will not be charged shipping, and your orders will be set aside for you, but not shipped.
Once you're ready to make your final order, please make sure to choose the "ship" option, so you pay the shipping fee, and this order, and all your previous orders will be combined together, and sent on the next shipment out of Korea.
The "Hold Order" option is in the information section at checkout. (The section where you fill out your address.) If you have your address pre-saved, it will skip past that step and you won't see the "Hold Order" option. To change this, please click "change" next to your address, and it will go back a step where you can see the "Hold Order" option.
We use USPS First Class mail for US shipments, Stallion Domestic for Canada shipments, and Postnl for international shipments. (We very rarely use APC for international shipments for countries that Postnl does not offer shipping to.)

From Canada to the US: 2-5 business days
From Canada to Canada: 2-10 business days
From Canada to Everywhere Else: 4-15 business days

We will often have pre-order items for sale. If you made an order and one or more items in that order are pre-order items, your order will not be shipped until we have all the items in your order ready.
Choosing "Ship" instead of "Hold Order" means that you want your order shipped as soon as possible. If it's in-stock items, your order will be shipped within a few business days. If it's pre-order items, your order will be shipped within a few business days of the items arriving in Canada.
When a postnl package arrives in your country, it is then handed off to your country's postal service. Each country differs in how long it takes for them to deliver your package to your door. Some countries will deliver within a few days but some countries take a week or two. It is NORMAL for tracking to not update for a little while once it arrives in your country. Please do not worry.
We open up pre-orders for pre-order benefits and fansign photocards. While we will state when the stores estimate the albums will be shipped to us, and give an estimate as to when we will receive them, it is impossible to give an exact date. Sometimes stores ship out albums to us right away and we receive them in a couple of days, but sometimes stores can take a week or two to ship us the albums. We have NO control over when we will receive the items.
If you choose "Ship" when you purchase, that means we will ship out your order on the first shipment from Korea AFTER we have received, sorted, and packaged your order.
First, we'd like to apologize. We do our best to ensure that every person receives their complete correct order, however mistakes can happen.
If there was a mistake with your order, you're missing an item, or something is damaged, we will send you what you're missing and replacements for any damaged items. We will pay for the shipping cost and you will not need to return the damaged item or the item you received by mistake.
Please note that you MUST provide video proof in order to open a claim for missing/damaged items. We need to protect ourselves since anyone can claim they didn't receive something. So when you get your package, please make sure that you video it being opened. The video needs to show the package completely sealed, then being opened with a clear view of every photocard/postcard/etc. inside. Please do not show your face. If there was a mistake with your order, you can send us the video, and we will take a look, and immediately send out a replacement for you.
